The PCR kit is designed for the Hepatitis C virus (HCV) RNA detection by the one-step RT real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method.  The detection kit takes advantage of the ”hot start” technology, minimizing non-specific reactions and assuring maximum sensitivity.
