Thông số kỹ thuật

Binding Capacity: 25 µl.
Elution Volume:  ≥ 35 µl.
Size Range: Capable of recovering genomic DNA sized fragments from 100 bp to ≥40 kb. Typical fragment sizes range from 25 kb – 35 kb. If present, parasitic and viral DNA will also be recovered.
Equipment: Bead bashing device, microcentrifuge.
Sample Storage: Eluted DNA should be stored at ≤ -20ºC.
Purity: High quality DNA is eluted with DNA Elution Buffer making it perfect for PCR A260/A280 nm >1.8.
Yield: 25 µg total DNA.
Sample Source: Fungus and bacterial culture samples.
Processing Volume: ≤100 mg fungi or bacteria (wet weight), 10^9 bacterial, 10^8 yeast, 10^7 mammalian cells. spores, pollen, nematodes, as well as other microorganisms can also be sampled.
Applicable For: All sensitive downstream applications such as qPCR and Next-Generation sequencing.
